This start-up website was a pleasure to build. Exploring the value of philanthropy in a world desperate for re-balance and re-centre made the project rich with meaning, and was something right up the Rising Sun Media alley.
Lara, the energy behind The Purpose Connector wanted it simple and clean cut, but not white and minimal. She wanted to narrow the field down to her niche work, which is environmental and sustainability philanthropy, and she wanted some animation options - without overdoing it.
We went with the logo colours (designed by our graphic partner @blauraumcommunicationdesign), picked up the solid green to symbolize nature and the natural world in balance, and added the butterflies as the legacy image of transformation, change and evolution.
We added animation features into the site background and images to bring this simple site well and truly alive. We were primarily branding around the Alchemist archetype with our key message being change, transformation and hope for a better future.
We timed our launch with some powerful astrology, and we cannot wait to see what the Purpose Connector will uplift and inspire from here.
